I'm building Cove for parents like me.

I grew up alongside a big sister with a disability. I had a front-row seat to everything she did, and her experiences shaped so much of how I see the world.

Now I'm the parent of a disabled child. For the last four years I've navigated pediatric therapy alongside my kid, and for a lot of that time I felt alone in it.

Along the way, hundreds of parents and therapists have shared their experiences with me. Cove carries a little of each of their stories.

Tierney Orler

Founder and CEO

Tierney spent a decade helping organizations design and roll out large-scale people systems before leaving her corporate job to build Cove. She's a mom of three.

Theisen Sanders

Founder and CTO

Theisen has spent 15 years building enterprise products and leading engineering teams across the US and Europe. At Cove, he builds technology practical enough to fit into a therapist's day and a family's week.

Andy Gomm

Director of Early Intervention Partnerships

Andy has over thirty years of experience in early intervention (Part C) leadership, both as the state director for New Mexico and as a systems consultant working with 17 states. His son went through early intervention.
