No. The Cove app is free for families, on iPhone and Android. You invite them and they accept.
What if a family isn't tech-savvy?
Each activity is a few short steps, with your video demo when you add one, and a one-tap check-in. There are no family accounts for you to manage.
Is client data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we sign a BAA with your practice.
Can I use this alongside early intervention or home-visit work?
Yes. It works the same for office visits and home visits.
What if I work with other providers who aren't on Cove?
You can still use Cove for your own clients and caseload. No one else needs to be on the platform for it to work for you.
Can I bill for home practice between sessions?
Yes, if your payer covers Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM). Cove documents the home practice you already guide and submits the claims.
