Who uses Cove?
Pediatric occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, developmental therapists, and early intervention providers, on their own or in a group practice.
How is Cove different from a home exercise program (HEP) app?
Most HEP tools send a list of exercises and track whether each one was done. Cove builds the home program into routines families already have, like mealtime and bath time, with demos you record. Parents, grandparents, and sitters see the same plan and share how practice went, hard days included.
What can families share between visits?
Families can log activities, ask questions, and share what they're noticing, including wins and hard days. That context helps you shape the next session and the home program.
Does staying connected mean being on call?
No. Families post when they have something to share, and you review and reply when it suits you.
Does Cove support Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM)?
Yes. Bill for the home practice you already guide: Cove captures consent, documents it, and submits RTM claims to payers that cover it. Your clinic turns it on when it’s ready.
How does Cove protect child and family information?
Cove uses encryption and role-based access controls. Covered entity accounts complete a Business Associate Agreement during registration.
Can I try Cove before committing?
Yes. Try Cove free for a month, with no credit card required.
